MLP successfully recovered £10,000 in compensation for a man in Manchester after he sustained a fractured elbow and other minor soft tissue injuries as a result of a tripping accident in a local hospital. Our client was in the main reception area of the hospital entrance looking up at the directional signs for the department he needed to go to and when he set off he immediately tripped over a dispensing trolley which had been discarded in front of our client without warning, causing him injuries.
